So whoever recommended "no pudge" brownies.... OMG they are SO GOOOOODDDD! I don't know how they are no pudge but I could eat the whole tray!! I have never tasted such divine brownies, even pudgy ones!

Aren't they divine?? Mmmmmmmmm I love them. They had a raspberry chocolate, a chocolate mint, and the original ones where I shopped. I've twice made the original ones now. Udella and Wiz recommended them.

Tonight I'm going to have jasmine rice and pork chunks in thai green curry sauce from Trader Joe's. Anyone had this from there before? The sauce I mean. Hope it's good! Don't know what type of vegetable I'll have though.

That Thai sauce sounds good, but I haven't tried it yet.

yepper, those no pudge brownies are delish! Yummy chocolate mint!

We are currently in a dinner slump, and by that I mean - neitehr of us wants to cook, nothing sounds fabulously appealing and it just seems like we make the same old stuff - anyone else run into this? We try to eat healthy, but we never have time during the week to come home and cook something yummy - or else we'd be eating at 8 pm every night :(

Luckily, on a couple of opccasions, my 17 yr old daughter has picked up the slack - she made a fab-u-lous Chicken pot pie the other night - something she'd never even made before!

I haven't felt much like cooking lately - probably because it's so hot.

We had the pork chops and potato salad last night, with some sliced beets. It was good. Not sure about tonight, probably sausages on the bbq - oh actually I have some bean sprouts I want to cook today, so maybe I will do stir fry instead.

I made loin pork last night and sauteed it in thai green curry sauce. It had a lovely taste, but not spicy enough for me. We had curried rice as well and green peas. I don't know what I'm going to have tonight. Will have to dig in the freezer. It's drizzly here this morning so right now I'm thinking grilled cheese and tomato red pepper soup!

ice cream

ice cream would be a good choice for so many reasons:

1. It tastes good

2. You don't have to cook it

3. It tastes good

4. Hubby shops for it, takes it home to you, serves it and washes the dish :)

Even better

So I went and put some beef in the oven - so instead of ice cream it will be bean sprouts, shredded beef and rice.
