changing appointments

Looks like MNL case numbers 851068 to 851175 have been assigned an interview date of March 6th.

If that's inconvenient to you in any way, dont expect the embassy to do anything to help you. After faxing two letters to request a change of the appointment, both were denied. Even to a later appointment date.

Here's the thing, if you push hard for an appointment change, they will reschedule it 50-90 days. Sure sounds like a penalty to me.

As a citizen, I dont much appreciate my embassy treating its citizen's request that way.

Yeah really! I know what you mean. Last time I went to the USEManila to get a request to get married in the Philippines they treated me with a really very nasty attitude. I didn't say anything at the time cuz we were in a big hurry to get our wedding started but I'll always remember. How I wish there was something I could do to report this type of abuse to US Citizens much more Non-Citizens!! Oh well...At least once am done with my wife's visa I'll never have to deal with them ever again!!
