after 3 years of processing and heartbreaking administrative nightmare (including having her case sent back from Casa).....

......our Kiya finally has a VISA VICTORY !!!!

She fought hard, never giving up, and al7amdolillah, now her husband is finally coming home !

I am so happy for you both -- words cannot express.

Mabruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk !!!!!

Congratulation! It is always wonderful when another VJ'ers love shines enough to make it though the interview. I can't imaginethe feeling because I might pass out.

Just wanted to add that Kiya should be named an honorary member of MENA forum for her outstanding contribution to others who were going thru the visa denial process - she is AWESOME and I'm so happy to find out that her fight is over!!!

5/27/08 checked the website for the third time today -says AP and EAD approval letter sent 5/24- it was not updated online till today - and no e-mail update either

6/02/08 AP in hand

6/03/08 email EAD card mailed
