The West African dance class was so awesome. This group travels and performs all over. We got about 40 min of individual attention, classes last 2 hours. Price : Donation and whatever. Twice a week. East St. Louis, IL.

But hard to learn, really.

We wear rap skirts and have rules woman sit on the right side and men ( drummers ) on the left side because a river divides us I do like the discipline and modesty in apparel.

The instructor said she can tell " I got the rythm down nicely " when I do get the steps down for a few minutes finally. Then I am all what foot goes where again.........she said it took her 7 month before she was able to do well.

So I have lots of practice.

I was sweating my butt off and it was good exercise, hoping to lose some pounds.

Can't wait to go back !

Wish we could take a bus load full of all subbies and we all could go together, what a VJ meet that would be !

I agree, that stuff is going to alter your brain chemistry and is overkill just for insomnia, like killing a fly with a machine gun.......make that a nuclear bomb.

I advice you get a second opinion. Suggestion, get Ambien in the strongest dose and cut it in half for the rest of the month so you can take it every day.

Omoba, I have a story to tell about Ambien. I took it when I was first having "issues" and my kids said I did the oddest things. Mind you, my SO used to wake me up in the middle of the night screaming and shouting about one thing or another so I had a hard time sleeping through the night.

One thing I did was get in the car with my daughter to buy Hagen Daas ice cream at the pharmacy. She said I ate the ice cream with chopsticks and asked her to drive me around a new subdivision to pick out my dream house. She didn't know what was going on, but after several weird events like this one, they decided that I should not be left alone while taking Ambien. I also ate a bag of the mini snickers bars during the night then woke up in the morning demanding to know who threw candy wrappers at me during the night.

Woa,, if you take Ambien Uno make sure you are not alone until you know how your body will react. Lots of hugs

I had no problems and was on the lowest dose , cutting it further in half to wean myself off and slept like a baby.
