NOA AOS, EAD, AP: 8-27-2008

Biometrics: 9-18-2008

AOS Transferred to CSC: 9-25-2008

Requested EAD Expedite: 11-12-2008

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009

Good morning ladies, and Charles :)

I'm just here at work, pretending to work and waiting for the games to start. I am predicting Egypt and Cameroon to go through to the next round. We had a scare at work yesterday but luckily we have some kick @$$ back up systems that saved us.

well if you lived near me you would know my degree is not fictitious, bu then again something else you do not know, maybe whine about later.. back all to your fantasy life carry on .. i have work to do..take care . hope the advice helped!!..Schizophrenia is usually hallucinatory and paranoid in nature..I would call this more the bi polar grooup myself....

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

I just got out of this interview where the woman giggled 42 times.

[sigh] I'm having trouble finding an assistant in the office. Maybe I'm being too particular. I think I need a vacation. Or a rich uncle to die.

Difficult or not to find an assistant, I don't think I would want this lady. Sounds annoying :wacko:

maybe she had some "cush" before the interview to relax her nerves :whistle:
