Sorry, I realize there is that 3948713409132840912384091238402184-219480324823481032948 page other thread, and some other august flier threads of confusion, but what i want to know is, again, has anyone got NOA that filed in August and mailed to the infamous waste of life VERMONT center?

I'm quite confindent they send some to chicago and most to a fcking dumpster.

Am I the olny idiot with absolutely no feedback from them, or is this just normal procedings.

I'm debating to resend in NEW I-130, a virgin finacee K1 (despite being married already), and a K2 without I-130 reciept in total despiration to get SOME type of hell anything whatsoever response. At this stage I'd jump for joy for a letter that says F you and F you spouse, you'll never live in this country together, since it would give me a course of action to follow.

A half year of my limited years of marriage before death have been flushed so far, with probably years of bullsht and waiting to come. I'm confused , all information here is out of date in the realm of the new USCIS procedures. blah blah, I'm sure not one really cares...you're all knee deep in the same garbage I am.

But I'm infuriated when I read about this and that person married and filed in august who have got NOA MONTHS AND MONTHS ago.

HOHO-

There are a few with you that I am aware of ...this just sucks mate.

Did you send the application certified mail, or Fed Ex ya know something that shows delivery confirmation? If so, I mean at this point, can you not just go ahead and send the I-129f in with that receipt showing delivery?

Between you and Alto, who is even before you in August and I saw one other in late July, its nuts.

:help:

Just an FYI - I dont know if your I-130 is actually in Vermont, it could have been held for scanning to go to Chicago dumplockbox, but its a ####### shoot for you, your options are, do I resubmit and go to the back of the line, or do I wait until end of January and hopefully something turns up? I can't tell you what is right here as I know you want someone to say, yeah mate, go ahead and refile, but I do not honestly think there is an answer right now.

Get some thoughts on the K3 route tho, I would do it, but tis me own opin.......... but at least you may get some acknowledgment that you are even alive.......with an actual heartbeat.

Watching your posts for a big bang for the next week tho.........

HoHoHo,

I believe susieK asks a really good question. Do you have a confirmation of delivery of your petition? When I sent mine to the Chicago Lockbox, I made sure the USPS received a signature. The USPS sent me an email stating they received the signature. Then I requested even more from the USPS by asking them to send me the confirmation in the mail too. So I got the USPS email and a copy of the signature.

Why is this important? If you have confirmation (from whatever means you sent your petition; USPS, Fed EX, UPS, DHL, etc), then you shouldn't have to start the process over again. As tough as it is, I'd wait a few more weeks because things have only started moving, from what I can see here at vj, in the past couple of weeks. But if you have to resend, your delivery confirmation should send you to the front of the line....for your NOA2...which might get you out of there around the same time as other filers within your time frame.

This is all my speculation though and based entirely on the delivery confirmation. Do you have it? Other than that, any correspondence I'd have with uscis would be by email with a cc to all my congressmen...or even to all of congress. That raises a question...can we contact uscis by email? I'll go look. :)

Hang in there....you know how to do that more than the rest of us.

James
