Hey everyone,I have noticed in some discussions some have mentioned it may help to call USCIS and this may increase touches? Does anybody think this helps speed up the process or does it "rock the boat" so to speak?

The touches these calls generate do not help your case at all. I have heard of people who called using the RFE trick several times a week and were penalized for doing so.

I personally think it doesn't make any difference at all. When people talk about calling and they then get a touch - it just means that someone looked at their file (the operator you are talking to).

So it does no harm and probably no good, hang in there!

Thank you all for giving me your opinion. This helps me so much. At times I feel I am going to drive myself crazy with the "what ifs". I just don't want there to be any dalays and or something I should have done different.

You all are great! :energetic:

Also, be careful if you call too often. I was told I can call once every month (called them in October, then November and that was it).
