i got k-1 visa in SPT 2007 i came to the state forsake to marry and stay here..i have a baby 2 years old with this lady.now she brock up with me and dont want to marry me.i rather die to leave my daughter grow up without me or with a step father.so please light me what options i have.if there is anyway to stay here closer to my baby daughter let me know i will be grateful

You received your visa in September of '07 and your fiancee now doesn't want to marry you? When did you enter the States? If you came in September, you are over the 90 days allowed on a K1 visa. I don't know what options you have other than to look in to an immigration attorney to help you.

You do have rights as the father, but your's sounds like a tough problem. Better talk to a lawyer.

04/15/2008: Received Marriage license

04/17/2008: Received Social Security card

04/21/2008: Married!

05/01/2008: Applied for name change on Social Security card

05/15/2008: Pregnant!

05/25/2008: Mailed AOS

01/08/2009: AOS Approved!

01/16/2009: Green card arrived

01/20/2009: Our baby is born!

im new in state.no friends no familly no job.i dont even know where to go or where i can find a lawyer.and even if i found one i cant offre to pay them.is there any possible way..i hreaed someone talking about humain resource.help me please i dont want to live without my daughter
