Hello to you all.

I am a new member as of today and I have a few questions on what is coming next...

My fiance is in Philadelphia and I am in Sweden... and at least I am going crazy being away from him!!!

I know you all know exactly how I feel... no one at home understand how it feels. (you know what I am talking about?!)

Ok.. so we got engaged on Nov 24th and sent in our I-129F before christmas and have received the NOA1.

I am going to Philly on a VWP on Feb 1st until beginning of april. And I just wanted to prepair as much as I could in advance for packet 3 and 4.

Is there anywhere I could find information on this??

I have to say that this site helped us alot with the application!!!

Have a great weekend!!

Lots of LOVE from ME!!

In general packet 3 will contain forms you need to fill out: DS 156, DS 156K, DS 230, information about the medical, police certificate, and other forms/items you need to bring to the interview (I-134, etc).

Packet 4 is just the interview appointment letter.

zee is correct, in general those are the documents needed...to be more specific, is there a consulate in sweden?? i looked for the information on vj, but there is no sweden consulate listed...do you have to go to oslo? if so, all of that information can be found here:

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...ay&cty=Oslo

:time:

edit: i just did some more research and it seems that there is a consulate in sweden, but nobody has posted information with regards to it...in general you, the beneficiary should gather your original birth certificate, a police certificate from sweden and any other countries that you have lived in for more than 6 months...if any documents are not in english or swedish, you must make sure to have them notarized and translated, you will also need passport photos, a copy of your passport and (most likely) all of the forms that zee mentioned
