I have been instructed to send in another package to CSC due to the first one being lost with no receipt etc. etc.

We have updated our forms with our new addresses and my employment info just to be safe. The last set i sent in was fully notarized. This second set is a second set i had notarized as well as a precaution. However, the new 129F and G325A have not. I want to get this to CSC as quickly as possible and don't want to have to wait for my fiance to remail hers with a notary stamp. Is this ok?

You really don't need anything notarized in the I-129F submission.

Yeah, nothing in your packet needs to be notarized. Get that dadgummed thing in the mail! :) Make sure you do registered USPS with a return receipt.

Oh, and are they going to honor the original date, or are you pretty much starting again from scratch?

Not sure yet. Their letter didn't say anything about that. I'm stating in my cover letter that its a second submission as i have been instructed to resubmit and that i've provided a copy of my mailing slip as proof of delivery. Basically its probably going to end up getting dated and filed with January people unless someone reads the cover.

But when I call in April wondering where my NOA2 is because its been 7 months, it might be the seed to get the file picked up and processed (if i run into a merciful officer).
