Online Case Status

don't worry guys. I think everything will be fine. I didn't see my case online until last night and found that my case was approved. I think USCIS finished work on july and now they are working on august

3W I looked up my case on line tonight and I got a positive. Both NOA1's for 130 and 129 are showing up.

I am still unable to find my case online. We received our NOA1 on December 21.

Have been trying to check status online since I received NOA1 dated 12/31/07, but unsuccessful!!!

Same here hun, no go, dated ummm lets see lol oh yes that wonderful date of December 21,2007 - spoke with K3 he just got access to his today, and his I129f showed up pretty quick also.

Oh well back to pondering life...........but for a kick i entered a bunch of numbers before mine lol....nah that didnt work either.

Yes, they told me to wait for the system to Be updated. Just have to wait and wait!!

They told me that case is not yet in a system. They issued case number but did not put in a system yes.

This is weird cause I'm inthe system and got NOA1 last week. I think your in the system once the Service Center recieves your file and is caught up enough to start moving your file along the assembly line. I'm at CSC not sure of u others, maybe this means that CSC just has more people working to put the case in the system....who knows.

I called USCIS today and they told me that Vermont would not be caught up entering the receipt notices in the online case status system until February 1 for those of us who were caught in the backlog. Bunch of BULL.

We had to wait over 4 1/2 months for our NOA1 and now we have to wait 2 months just to get entered in the system.
