hi guys,

i tried to check the uscis today and so happy what i found out.

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 2, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Is this NOA2?

we waited patiently, with a little impatience(LOL).

we never see the word touch, like others here are asking what is touch.

The bottom line is approval sent without RFE

Touch is simply a status date change. But yes, your NOA2 is in the mail.

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy
