YAY! CONGRATULATIONS GAY!!!!! Am so happy for you and your Riki! At last you got it! :dance::dance::dance:

Thank you jen... now i could start worrying about medical... i am a little hypochondriac so... well, maybe i should ban all oily foods and MSG and other stuffs for awhile... and I will really really have to start doing the belly dance again (VCD right here in the comfort of my room).... and also take out my electra VCD's also :whistle: .. it won't ease my medical neuroses but at least it could help jiggle my belly fats a little.

Even if the old costume wont fit, you can always improvise... And you can practice in front of a mirror first so you will get used to it again before performing infront of Darren. I bet you'd make his jaw drop and make him drool :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

:lol: That´s ok, you´re not alone, count me in! And I guess I have to start hunting for that VCDs the soonest. Coz it sounds like fun especially for this summer break ;)

I saw the complete electra striptease workout collection @ NCCC mall, I just don't know if they still have it.. as for the belly dance, there is a VCD showcasing the twins Veena & Neena and there is also one with our local artist... I prefer the one with the twins its more direct & easier to follow. And there are also a lot of belly dance classes in davao if you want. :yes: .

I don't think any January filer has had interview yet but some may probably have interview sched already.

I'll add to your hope... aside from all january and february filers getting swift approval... i also hope that CSC will soon start working with January & feb filers. The CSC approvals last week was not bad now if they could increase it we might be seeing January approvals by first week of April. I'm crossing my fingers and my toes for all these.

Anyways, I did get petition approval already BUT i'd be waiting for all of you guys before going for AOS, some, if not all of you CSC filers might even apply for AOS earlier than me ^_^

could someone please help me !!!

i ve just received RFE and it says

You MUST provide “certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and dispositions for every such conviction. This is required even if your records were sealed or otherwise cleared or if anyone, including a judge, law enforcement officer, or attorney, told you that you no longer have a record.â€

although my fiance indicated on the I-129F form that he has never been convicted of the crimes outlined on it, a government search of his records came back that he has been.

does anyone has the same RFE ??

does anyone knows if bad police report affect K1 visa???? :bonk:

I have not come across anybody who have rfe regarding police records yet... but I think if it is not some major crime and if it has been dropped or cleared I think you will be fine. you just need to have a heart to heart and honest talk with your fiance. You do deserve to know everything, especially a significant thing like previous case dropped or not... this process is already stressful enough, so there should be no added surprises along the way for the both of you.

I wish you the best and may everything be resolved the soonest. God be your guide.
