Just wondering why the processing of our visa application is taking too long

Yup! Guys, I am really wondering why it's taking too long for them to process our visa application

compared to others our applications like our I130 and I129f are both been received on

july and august repectively up to now we haven't heard from them about or NAO2, we're applying for

a K3 visa, anyone here have the same situation like us now...honestly, we're both getting a little

impatient because we really miss each other so badly,sure we talk on the phone everyday but it

is really different when we are together...in each other's arm...I really miss my husband so much..

and I can't wait to be with him again and live with him for the rest of my life...sorry..guys getting so

emotional now.....I know a lot of you here are going thru this same situation as I am, I just need to

let this out. Thank you guys for spending time to read this. I LOVE MY HUSBAND SOOO MUCH.

Just to cheer you up, i've heard different stories. People have to wait sometimes way too much, but look at it that way: you've waited so long, so there's much less time to spend apart, so keep on having faith.

And why don't you try to call straight to the uscis to find out what's going on?

As of tomorrow, I'm going to email everyone I have on my list everyday... fax them repeatedly the letter I wrote last time, and latest case status.. :angry: what's the worst they can do? put my application under security check?... it already is.. I want to get approved too.. let everyone know about their stupidity..

just called them this morning too... FINALLY, someone at the CSC said I was out of processing times... they are going to look into it, but told me to wait.. what a bunch of retards.. they SHOULD BE lucky to earn $10 per hour..

The thing here is that everyone that is here knows about their blunders and so does the government, they just wont admit it (government)

I am hoping and praying for you hun, do what you have to....under any other circumstances I would just tell this country to sod off and up and move.....there has to be a more correct efficeint way to do it, but that is not going to happen in our timeframes.

they also didn't know my case got transferred to the NBC.. I told them I know because I went to my LOCAL OFFICE to inquire about it.. next time I call, I'm going to tear the person apart.. :angry:

Hi SusieK, did you get your NOA1 yet? I hear people who applied in September are now just getting their NOA1... sheesh, 3 1/2 months just to get a receipt.. the person was nice on the phone this time because she saw that I was over 6 months.. next time I get a insulting person, I'm going to let him/her have it.. let's bring the insults!! That's why they are only earning $10 to do a dumb-### job..

I filed my I130 in early June and I129F in late July (CSC). I am still waiting for NOA2. I talked to USCIS (CSC) and they stated currently working on June 18,2007- I130 and July 15,2007-I129F. She told me that she cannot request anything for another 3 weeks. Although my petition is 210+ days. I am in the same boat as you and I filed 30 days prior to you. Good luck in your process...I hope the worst part of the wait is behind us.

Yes hun from Vermont lol.....wont even look for a NOA2 till maybe next xmas...... that way i can think positive for the next 11 months (and it was only four months but cant enter receipt number just yet as they are backlogged on that jammy situation)

I'm going to call CSC everyday now, and also fax to all the people on my list everyday too.. what's the worst they can do (put me on security check, kick me out of the USA?).. haha.. that's funny.. if the CSC WACs give me an attitude, then I'm going to let them have it.. :angry: I am mad enough for everyone.. they cannot control who we should be with.. There are 10 million illegals here, and they can be here on their own free will.. Also, the temporary workers/students (work visa, student visa) have that right to stay here too.. we are at the bottom.. The only way is if we all revolted (50-state revolt, let's see how they like that).. :angry:

10 million try 14 million plus...but besides the point, we all are upset...but all we can do and you and I have talked about this issue, either remove ourselves from this country, or write write write. Im glad that you are in the write mood instead of moving mood.

Who knows how it went to Vermont hun, I guess Florida must have had a doozey of a hurricane and the whole state just got up and moved (sorry sik humor) - what they are doing is sending all I-130's from August and forthward to Chicago Lockbox for scanning, then sending them to the service center that can handle the load, so I got Vermont. I hope that my application gets frequent flyer miles, I may need them at this point.

me sowwy, you sowwy that we are dealing with a ###### up government.. hehe, you can tell who I will be voting for.. the presidential candidate that will remove all these illegals.. these 14+ million shouldn't even be here.. they should "open" up these spots for people who have applied the right way.. not just try to sneak over the fence.. if it was me, I would shoot them down at the border.. sniper shot like in all those movies.. also put some of those "booming" things in the ground all over.. that way they will have a hard time to navigate the terrain... even during the day

The type of illegal immigration reform that was sent up by certain senators was actually called A Z VISA - not exactly amnesty because they had to pay a fine and get to the back of the line...what totally sent me ballastic was that they could stay here while waiting at the back of the line....oh god please.......even the most innocent of americans can see this little item as being, "what the hell they are here anyways, whats so bad about being at the back of the line" cause they dont have to leave.
