my fiance was issued an RFE and he has to submit a waiver regarding the last petition he filed...

he filed for a k1 for a russian girl then has approved...but the girl did not show up on the day of her flight to US...

now he filed for me,and is asked to submit a waiver...

where can he get a waiver????

You already posted this question earlier today :)

He needs a waiver because he already filed a petition for a foreign fiance within the last few years.

It may be a completely different waiver that you need, but I'm sure if you posted this topic there, you'll get more help.
