You're enclosing more than I did. I didn't send any photographs showing us together, or letters addressed to both. Here's my list, sent July 07.

Cheque for $400

Application form N400 with 1 additional sheet at Part 8.

Accompanying documents attached by prong fastener:-

Both sides of Permanent Resident Card

2 photographs to specifications required

US spouse's birth certificate

Current marriage certificate

Divorce certificates (2) for US spouse

My divorce certificate

Documents about co-mingled finances as required

Tax forms for 3 years

Examples of joint bank account from each of 3 years

Documents re joint State Taxes

Evidence of joint ownership of our home

Evidence of joint insurance

Evidence of joint car purchase and ownership (2004-2007)

They haven't indicated that they need anything else so far, and I'm past fingerprinting stage. Better too much than not enough though!

I was originally going to send more, but when I read the Document Checklist carefully I came to the conclusion that they didn't want all the stuff they'd needed at I751 stage. The doc. checklist specifies mainly official documents, tax, bank, property etc. The informal stuff like photos and letters isn't mentioned.

A lot depends on individual circumstances, of course, and how you've answered the questions on N400 as to what evidence they will want to see.

I had fingerprinting done on 17 December, now expecting a long wait for interview.

Y'all sent so much!! The only financial documents we sent were tax transcripts, the instructions say transcripts *or* returns *or* other evidence of joint financial arrangements ... not all those things.

ETA: Not to mention that everything you sent with the I-751 is *already on file*, there's no point in submitting all the things over again!
