ok after searching and reading all threads on affidavit of support rfe cant find what i am looking for

when the nvc sends back the affidavit of support for rfe do they send all document back or just the I-864 form cant get through on the phone figure it will be quicker here arrrggghhh all for one box checked wrong # 8 had no checked should of had yes arrgggghhhh

First of all

Have you received the I-864 form only?

OR

Did you receive the I-864 form and all supporting documents?

If they sent you the form and it was only that you neglected to mark a box, then mark the box and return the form and all the documents that support your Affidavit of Support.

oooppsss i should of put in there i got this message off auto system then called them yesterday to find out what was up and operator told me about what was wrong with form nvc sent out on jan. 2

i am just wondering if they send out all documents when they return for ref or just the forms that have problems forgot ask yesterday

I understood what you were saying, if you had received it already then you wouldn't have been asking the question

Anyway, they will send back the form only, for instance if you sent in bank statements, they won't be sending them back, they only send what needs to be corrected.

wwwoooooo hoooooo great because i sent back the I-864 today created cover sheet and expressed it back today then got to thinking oohhhh %#$*@^$ i hope they dont send it all back to me because then i will need lube if they do ok thank you trailmix wonderful news

I had problem w/ recent I864 and you do not get forms back, you just fill out new corrected form (as you did) and back to NVC.
