do you mean 3 weeks of AP was the longest AP in Algeria?

if thats true, wonder why its so long in countries like Egypt , or morocco,

where are you getting that morocco has, in general, long ap waits? i thought long waits there were the exception and not the norm.

as well, is there any way to compare fraud incidence between morocco and egypt? some way to just check out the statistis on it?

through reading the timelines of MENA members, i mainly concerned with Egypian members and they have the longest APs , but i've read some Moroccoian timlines as well and approximately their APs are close to Egyptian ones

For the most part, just from what I've seen on visa journey, the people going through Morocco endure about 2 weeks tops for a wait. Sure there are exceptions that compare to Egypt peeps but those are exceptions. What was said a while back though is that Morocco tends to just send the petitions that they question back to the USCIS whereas Egypt does in depth investigating such as home visits, lengthy name checks inside Egypt (in addition to DOS name checks, etc.)

There are exceptions in Egypt where people go through a lot faster AP, like less than a month, but it seems that those are where the beneficiary is a woman or a man who has already been in the US once before or where the couple both met in Egypt as opposed to online.

Egypt and Pakistan seem to me to be the longest AP waits but if you check out Mexico and some other countries they have the wait just to get the interview and it's way longer so it's not like it's just us.

I never said all Egyptian women are jealous of me. I was merly attempting to make more clear what Hitchoo was trying to say and some were having a hard time with by giving SOME examples of what I have experianced.

But I never said every woman was jealous and every look was a jealous look. But I still stand by the above statement to you. This counter was not directed toward the statements I have made about you Sarah it was made about the jealousy that alot of people have misunderstood or taken to another level.

What you're describing as 'jealousy' sounds a lot like 'disapproval'. But if you need to call it jealousy cos it makes you feel good, then go for it!

From what I've read in here, many MENA men who emigrate are those who are not really able/ready to marry in their own country. So I really fail to see where the 'jealousy' would come from the MENA women for 'stealing' someone who is not able to marry anyways...

I guess I just never got the impression these men were not marriageable in there own country. I know for sure my fiance had a lot of opportunities , they just weren't his personality match. It just seems a very broad statement without much truth.

I don't think it's not marriageable in the sense that a woman just wouldn't want them at all. I think it's all financial. There is a HUGE pressure on the men there to provide a LOT of money before a proposal is accepted.
