Our 751 packet was sent to TSC and signed for on 12/16. However, today we received the NOA 1 with a Vermont mailing address on the bottom. Looks as though we were transfered not to CSC but to VSC! I hope VSC is as fast now as they were back in 2004 we I watched all of the 129s flying through the system! Not that it really matters much.

I just noticed...TSC is still our center of record for filing; however, we now live in Kentucky. Not New Mexico. I guess I should update my information. Gosh, it's been a while since I've been to VJ.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

At least you have received your NOA. We are still waiting. We sent the package to TSC on 12/10 and it was signed for on 12/14. We just want to know that the application has not fallen into some black hole. Other than that, we don't care if we have to wait.

Texas and Nebraska transfer cases to either VSC or CSC depending on case load.

TSC and NSC have been transferring their I-751s exclusively to CSC from July 1 until now, so this is news.

The only transfers to VSC I've ever heard of were some I-129Fs.

I guess CSC is now overloaded by the transfers from TSC so now the files are being forwarded to VSC. :wacko:

So, what is TSC doing?

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

VSC is taking 6 months + to approve removal of conditions..... so not as fast as CSC.... I have been waiting 5 months and there are many others in front of me.....

I have high hopes for a fast response from VSC...from my (historical) perspective, they always seemed to have it together more than the others.

I got transferred to Vermont from Texas too... I don't know how long they'll take to deal with the application but they got my receipt letter and extension letter out to me only two weeks after I filed the application!

STAGE 1 - Applying for K1 (15 September 2003) to K1 Approval (13 July 2004) - 9 months, 29 days (303 days)

STAGE 2A - Arriving in US (4 Nov 2004) to AOS Application (16 April 2005) - 5 months, 13 days (164 days)

STAGE 2B - Applying for AOS to GC Approval - 9 months, 4 days (279 days)

STAGE 3 - Lifting Conditions. Filing (19 Dec 2007) to Approval (December 11 2008)

STAGE 4 - CITIZENSHIP (filing under 5-year rule - residency start date on green card Jan 11th, 2006)

*N400 filed December 15, 2011

*Interview March 12, 2012

*Oath Ceremony March 23, 2012.

I am seriously wondering what happened to my husband's paperwork. The check has not been cashed and we have not received an NOA. I would have thought we would have been forwarded with the most recent group (of which all of you appear to be part of) to VSC. I think the official panic will begin in February if we haven't received anything.
