Everything thing has went well and been approved except for one thing... the MC paper... 4 months and it still didnt show up to the Passport Office. As of Dec 17th now the Embassy had my husband go there and give them his passport and they are trying to get the MC paper. Both of my Senators here have written the Embassy asking what is going on ... and even the Embassy is asking too... I wonder what happens if the Embassy is not able to get the MC paper for my husband? I cant find a single person who has gone thru this... and as a matter of fact... the Embassy told us they havent had anyone that wasnt given the MC paper... I just want my husband here... and I want to know what is going on... I wish they would just waive this paper... its not coming... i have no hope in the people that are supposed to be issuing it... they know what they are doing to us and they dont care. . . Im thinking that since the Embassy had my husband to there and give them his passport on the 17th and since they told me on the 27th they requested (3rd time) for the MC paper ... that surely by the middle of January we should know something! This is depressing me and him... and to not know what is going on ... what will the Embassy do for us IF they dont get the MC paper either ! ?

I am sorry Tam that I have no advice for you-- it boggles my mind what is going on with that %*$& MC paper.... just wanted to offer my support and let you know that i am thinking of you and Adam and praying for you everyday!! I just cant believe this is going on so long for you-- I wish there was something we could do to speed up this process-- it is truly inhumane!!! And I can only imagine the hurt u both are feeling being apart for so long! I know nothing I can say will make this easier for you two, but know that u are in my thoughts and prayers.......

God bless!

Tam,

I am so sorry to hear the mix up with the MC paper. I am not positive what the MC paper is unless it is the Military Certificate. However, I will add you to my prayers that this paper will be sent to the embassy as it should have been the first two times it was requested. Did you email the embassy and ask them what will happen if they do not get it? Is there someone you can call direct in the place that is suppose to supply it to the embassy? I wish I had some helpful advice for you. All I have are hugs and prayers for you. Do not get discouraged.......This to shall pass.

Cheryl

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

-Qur'an, Al-Infitar, Surah 82:1-5
