Could I get an RFE?

I think that my fiance's passport photo is not 2 inches X 2 inches, or whatever the dimensions have to be. Do you think I'll get an RFE for this and should I ask my fiance to send me new ones now?

It probably would depend on how much off they actually were.

have him send you new ones. Dont use the type they put in European passports. Need to be 2 by 2 inches, or 5 by 5 centimeters.

If he got them done in Morocco, at standard passport size for there, he should be fine.

Our photos were from Morocco and tehre were no problems.

Pras' photos submitted for the I-129F were India-standard (somewhat smaller than US-standard, maybe the same size as Canada Citizenship Card photos). While I did receive an RFE, it wasn't for the photos.

I submitted her (and mine) pictures from a photographer in Colombia - it was a few months later when I read about people worrying about the size of the pictures and I pulled the copies I had (yes I had extra copies) and they were 1.75" by 1.75" - But we had no problems! For the AOS I just got them done at the local Walgreens and again had no problems! I think people stress too much - most photos should be OK. Good Luck
