Timeline

Hello All...

We received our packet 3 today in the mail, I'm little confused i hear people saying they have mailed back the forms, but i thought you take them ALL with you to the interview. Or am i reading this all wrong :help:

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

Timeline

Depends on consulate, some only need a check list and DS-230 part 1 returned, while others want DS-157, DS-156K, DS-156, DS-230 part 1, and I-134 returned.

Timeline

You do not send anything back in Morocco. Your SO will take it all with him when he has his interview. He should have received an interview date in packet 3. Morocco does not havea packet 4 and does not require affidavit of support. Make sure that his police certifiacte has the word "Nothing or None" written on it and that it is translated. The celibacy form also needs to be translated. You may want to ask the questions that are Morocco specific in the MENA forum where there are many of us to guide u and answer your questions.
