Bio Form Incomplete!

I was reading a comment about another topic, and somebody said that you need to send in the Bio form x4, with four original signatures. I only sent them one copy for each of us. What does that mean? Do you think that I will get a request for more information?

The bio form has 4 parts - they are numbered (and lettered I think) You send one copy (of the 4 part form) for each of you = 8 pieces of paper in total.

If you only sent 2 then yes you will get an RFE for the other 6 pieces.

It is important for them to have all 4 pages of each..............i take it you have the other 3 remaining pges of each , maybe you could send them to CSC along with a cover note explaining your mistake, perhaps write your receipt number in pencil on the top of each page??...or you might just want to wait to see if they request them from you!!

I would wait to see if you get an RFE. Whilst it is requested to send G-325A (comprising 4 pages) from both the petitioner and benificiary, I have noted in the past that the odd member has not done this or they have sent in the G-325 instead, and to my knowledge they didnt get an RFE. I tried to find the threads to confirm but had no luck. Just have them ready to submit if you do receive an RFE.

I have read before that the homeland office (immigration) just discards the other 3 copies - so it is very possible that you may not get a RFE. And if you do - its good also because then the process moves quickly (you need the RFE notice before you can send the 'other copies' in.) Wait and see what happens. Good Luck

Just to update incase anyone else is in the same situation, We just left everything the way it was.... and Recieved a NOA 2 WITHOUT getting a RFE.

So- I guess they overlook it sometimes. Thanks for your help guys.
