wrong header?

I know this question is silly, but I sent my letter of intent to my fiance and it didn't get there yet.

Last night I was searching on this site and found new examples. So i found out my letter of intent was not like the example i found.

I wrote in the top of the letter:

"United States Department of State

United States Consulate, [NAME OF COUNTRY WHERE EMBASSY IS LOCATED]

[EMBASSY ADDRESS]"

instead of

"United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Nebraska Service Center"

Should I send this letter again as the second option?

This letter is to start K-1 visa petition.

As you say, you found an example. Don't worry about the header, it is the content that's important. My wife and I didn't even put a header on our letters!

We didn't put a header on either. And currently no RFE so let's hope. In fact we sent one letter about how we met, that stated how we met, our relationship AND our intent to marry. GOOD LUCK, I'm sure everythign will be fine

Today I sent a new letter of intent with the header corrected to my fiance. it made me feel better.
