K1 visa cancellation

hi i am new to visa journey my fiance always on here.. we been on for 3 years but the relationship didnt work out inspite of meeting him here and everything things didnt work out for some reason and he didnt tell me the truth it leads to break up...i just want to know if i can cancell the petition for k1 visa, or how do i know its already cancelled or denied? he have some serious past but i have accepted that he been in prison and still under probation but his probation will end at the end of this month,he lives with his parents and go to college and working 5 different jobs, but few years ago he filled bunkruptcy he also have one daughter that he is supporting...i eagerly want to know if theres a way to cancell k1 petition and how...please send me e-mail through anjanette_acosta@yahoo.com or simply_ladouce@yahoo.com

IF petition is still at USCIS, you can write a letter to the service center with case number, requesting the petition to be withdrawn.

If it is at NVC or Consulate, then contact DOS Visa services and request it withdrawn.

I would call the embassy or sevice center to get more info. I would try to cancel it just to be safe incase you need a K1 later they might hold it against you if you dont
