Well, I got 7 inches of snow! This is kinda suckin cuz I never did go buy a shovel. And it is only 21 degrees so it is not going to melt anytime soon. grrrrr This is by far, the worst winter in a long time, and it has just started. Jan & Feb suck here too. Ms Negativity better go take her pill.

Hope you all have a good day

So what are you going to name the kitty? Is she settling in nicely?

Happy Sunday!

Went to DLand yesterday and it was very beautiful.

Awwww..... I wanna go!!!! I keep telling my hubby I'm about ready to move somewhere for the winter. I hate the cold and I can't imagine how my husband feels since he's not used to this cold weather. It's 14 degrees outside! BRRRR!!!! When is spring? ;)

Come on girl! It was 70 degrees yesterday and beautiful. It gets a little chilly at night but the lights and decorations were so beautiful. My friends and I took one of the tours at DLand, the Holiday tour, and it was fun. At the end we got hot cocoa, in a travle mug to keep, and a cookie and real reserved seats to see their Christmas parade. We also got right on the haunted mansion ride which is deocrated right now with the Nightmare before Christmas theme and the It's a Small World ride, which has been changed inside for Christmas.

Oh moving is so much fun....I am still unpacking and putting things away. :D

Miss Kitty is doing wonderfully. She ate a good breakfast and is laying in the sunshine, oblivious to all the snow outside. Her majesty likes to be carried from room to room while purring loudly. She is a content kitty. I am covered in fur and must shop today for good lint brushes. :luv:

All those trapped in snow need to migrate south for the winter :P Here it rarely gets below 80 during the day, and usually around 70 at night. The next few days are an exception with a big cold front coming in and it's only supposed to get up to 80 tomorrow and then down to 50-something that night.. brrr... time to break out the long sleeves

I used to go to Monticello, FL every year. I saw bugs that would carry me away and seeing alligators chillin around really freaked me out.

Yeah, I think that would freak me out too

Lucky for me, that's not something you would normally see in Miami. Although I'm sure that South Beach would make you do a few double-takes. I call it sin-city and feel completely out of place as a modestly dressed Muslim

I just made some whole wheat banana almond pancakes and halal turkey bacon for breakfast (although I guess it really ended up being lunch) and it was SO good. Now we are all full and wanting a nap but we are off to a friends house for christmas baking..

darn I guess I'll have to spend the afternoon eating cookies.

Happy Sunday everyone, hope its a good one.

*whimper*

I'm ready to wave the white flag. I give up. I don't know what I did in this life but it must have been baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. :crying::crying:

I want to go on an island where people do stuff for me and I'm not in pain and no phones are ringing and no one wants anything from me and nothing is breaking down.
