Hey it might wrinkle your forehead (permanently) with 7lbs of junk in it and you would probably take it off somewhere and leave it, but other than that there isn't really a downside to this nifty cap!

Where do people come up with ideas like those above?? I recall a show that was on TV, think last yr, believe it was called American inventor!! Where people were vying for big $$$ based on their inventions!! Some were good, some were well worse than the Visorganizer,lol What was really sad were the ones that horrible, but the people took out huge loans, took money from their retirement plans to fund their useless projects!!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

I hope Gene doesn't log on here in the next week....but we joke all the time at bedtime, because he has the bedside light on, on his side of the bed at night while we're reading. We usually hunker down and snuggle just before turning of the light. He then has to get kind of out of the covers and reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaachhhhh to turn out the bedside light. So I found, I couldn't believe they were still around...a clapper! haha I can't wait to see his face when he opens it at Christmas. :lol:

Laura, your gift looks like a K-Tel gift. Does everyone remember them?

A company called Onion sells fake gift boxes to gag the person you are giving a gift to. LOL

Hilarious!

But, on the flip side of that, do you see these really odd inventions and say (smack myself in the head) why didn't I think of that stupid thing? I could be rich right now.

Every time I hear that freakin' FELIZ NAVIDAD song, I think that. 3 freakin' lines pretty much and I'm sure the songwriter is now retired on some Caribbean Island mansion!
