Hi all, I have a few questions that would like to acknowledge, please advise

My wife and I have just gotten married, I am a US citizen, what steps do I need to take to bring my wife over into the us? I did some research, which i need to first file a I-130 form? upon approval...what are the next steps? I also heard the process will be faster if a couple had been married for over 2 years? is this true?

It would be great if you guys can give me some advise, or your experience, cost and the processing time frame.

Thanks in advance !

Yes, you should file an I130 petition. Being married for over 2 years does not speed up the main process, however, it does make a difference in the eventual visa you receive. If you are married for under 2 years when your visa is issued, you receive a CR1 (which is a conditional green card - you have to lift the conditions at a later date to receive a full green card). If you are married for over 2 years, you automatically receive an IR1 which is unconditional and no lifting of conditions is needed.

The first step of the process is roughly a 6 month wait for USCIS to approve your petition, then your petition is sent on to the national visa centre, after that I am unsure because I went the K3 route.

You may be better off asking this in the IR1 forum :) Unless, you are intending to also file an I129F (K3) petition. But a K3 will only save you a couple of months (unless your wife is at a consulate which has a big difference in the processing of K3 vs I130) and will cost a lot more in the long run, as you have to pay to adjust status while in the US.
