Your I-94 should be stapled in your passport. You got it at your POE. It was the form you filled out for the guard when all your visa papers were stamped.

the i-94 is filled out on the airplane and given at the poe to the cbp officer. he should have returned that along with your passport. have you checked inside your passport for the i-94?
PhiLandShiR
The officer at your POE is supposed to staple the I-94 to your passport.

As you stood in line at your POE after you got off the plane, you should have been filling up a form. Maybe you even got it while you were still on the plane. Its been so long I forget just where its given out.

I think My Shirr got hers from a stack at the desk of the POE officer...

well ive heard for CR1 they will get it from u, since you dont need it once you have ur gc anyways... cant confirm if thats true or not... anyways how long have u been here??? and do you have your GC already??? if not, perhaps its better to wait for it and then it will be easier for you to apply for DL or state ID... i wish u luck!!! this is just my opinion btw!!!

You shouldnt need the I-94. the stamp in your passport should be good enough. They would have needed the I-94 for your green card.
