hi guys.. we called NVC for follow up of our documents and they told us our MNL case number, but they just sent the papers to Manila US embassy May13,2008. so that means, it havent reach manila yet. since we already have our case number via phone call, would it be okay to pay document verification fee already? or do we need to wait for papers to reach manila?
