I-134 at the Interview (compilation)

I have sent my wife I-134 and all supporting forms like job letter. bank letter, pay stubs etc. for her interview in Islamabad, I put I-134 in one envelope and one envelope for the pay stubs and then one envelope for the bank statements and on and on. basically I sent everything in individual envelopes.

Now I am thinking when they ask for the form I-134 at the interview would she give them the 6 envelopes or should I have her take everything out and use a bigger Binder clip and put all of it together.

Thoughts? ideas? experience?

In our case this what the I-134 included.

• I-134 signed and notarized.
  
• Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS
  
• Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years
  
• Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.
  
• Photo copies of past 6 months pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.
  

Our I-134 was bound neatly in 1 folder, I-134 on top, then supporting documents behind it.

Consider that most consulates interview for 5-10 minutes, they do not have the time to go through individual envelopes.

i would include the tax transcripts

they asked us for ours

and she did not have

I have included everything but my question was more based on how to present which I think has been answered by Yuandan as to put them in one folder.

well that fin VJ'er obviously knows alot alot

good advice to take

i would also say put it together

but have everythhing easily labeled

so it is easy for CO and for fiance to find

Yes Tab the different evidences, such as tax data, employer letter, pay stubs, ect...

Thats exactly what i was thinking so i printed covers for each document - checkout the attached or should I go with the tab appoach

and will work well

it is just the thing of being able to find it easy

that is why tab might be better

but those look great also

Looks good, I did not provide any asset data like 401K statement, my income is more than enough to support, and provifiong anything else just gives the consular officer more things to ask questions about.

yeah

the interview did not go well

i did not think we needed my tax forms

i thought that was only if you are self employed

they asked for me to send the tax forms

once they approve those we will get the visa
