If they find out one has AIDS, will they grant K-1 visa? Or will they really find out?

They will find it out 100% bcos they require series of medical examinations after they given you a case number. granting visa? i dont know, specially aids. "maybe" just maybe you need to undergo series of check-ups and medicines taken until you feel ok and no signs of sickness, but granting that is totally not forseen. Specially in US, medical matters here from dental to healthness is requiring insurances or you got alot of money to heal urself from sickness.

im sorry if this is the case. gudluck!

I was reading the list of medical problems that dissqualify a person from receiving a visa on this web site and aids was one of those. I dont know if there are special curcumstances that you could get a waiver, but dont try to hide it from them. Lying on your application can also dissqualify you.

Does you fiancee know that you have aids?

Tell the truth and hopefully you will be shown mercy.

Is it you who has HIV? If you are the petitioner, it doesn't matter, unless you have passed the virus to your fiance.

If you are the beneficiary, they will do a test at your medical and find that you are HIV positive. You are going to need to file a special waiver, but it is not uncommon. I hope soon someone will post a link to a forum where people discuss those waivers because I know there is one.

The first thing you need to do is talk about this with your fiance.

Good luck (F)

Are you serious ??? How can you put your fiance's life in danger all because of a stupid visa??? This is the worst case of cruelty and it is a crime if you knowingly infect your fiancee with HIV. What is wrong with your head?? You need to find help for your sickness fast and getting a visa should be last on your list. I'M HOPING THAT THIS IS NOT REAL AND THAT YOU ARE ONLY A TROLL !!

Well, if one of them does have it, it will cease to be a joking matter.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Any bets that this is a real question and the 'just joking' was to stop from the assault that would come that way for how wrong it was.

Joke (doubtful) ... whether it is or isn't, your ill. Mentally or physically.
