This is off the topic But, You met online and 3 months later you became engaged? is this correct? I maybe wrong but "I" have yet to see an approved visa for such a short time. I hope I am wrong and best of luck to you!

The Consulate Officer may raise an eye to ya at the interview. Love at first sight rarely if at all, recieves a K-129 visa. I hope I am wrong :yes:

Me too! I'm strongly considering going to the interview for that reason. When I have my second consultation with a lawyer, I will seek their opinion. Thanks for the comment, and best of luck to you also.

always a good idea to be there at the interview. also do some research on what kinda questions they ask so you and your spouse to be can study. good luck :thumbs:

Let us know what did they recommend about that. I have a "pina" as well. I met her on 4/19/06 and already planning in spending the rest of my life with her. Are not they sweet? hahhahaha.

Anyway, I will not file unto the beginning of next year. I will go there first and as soon as I get back, process pics and plane ticks and send it away. By that time, it will be more like a year almost.
