Hi everyone! Got approved today! My mind is floating and dunno where to start again hhaha! sooo happy!Me and Hubby will be reunited soon...Just have some questions here just to make sure im doing and ill be doing.

This is what i understand about the processing...

NOA2 received

Hubby should call NVC to check on MNL case number

He sends me all other documents with the NOA2 hardcopy

I go to SLMC for the medical exam --------WHERE WILL I PAY? GONNA PAY THERE OR CAN I PAY AHEAD OF TIME?

gonna bring noa2 and pics and passport

pay the visa fee at bdo

hubby calls to schedule the interview

interview------HOW WILL I PAY FOR THE AIR 21?

aaahhh my mind is floating!!!!what else do i need to do...?

how about the document verification? local registrar birth certificate still needs to be verified by NSo right?even if i have an NSO copy but blurry..

I take it he's your fiance and not married yet?

Slow down and regroup!

Get NSO CENOMAR. Get police clearance from countries you were in for more than 6 months since you were 16.

Get NBI clearance.

Do St. Lukes ASAP. My wife did hers 1 1/2 before interview. Helps if you have to do the sputum 2 month test.

Pay $213 + when you go. Go after 12 noon Mon-Thursday. Not when you are in your period. Best just after.

Think about doing CFO.

Yes, you need to have your manila case number because that is needed when he calls the embassy for the interview.

I dont know if you can pay ahead. I paid at Saint Luke. Bring your confirmation email, 2 pcs. 2x2 pics and your passport.

I suggest you do this after your medical. One thing at a time.

It's better if you start gathering the things you will need for the interview like NBI Clearance, CENOMAR, Birth Certificate, proof of geniune engagement, pictures.

No more document verification.

You need to get a new copy from the NSO.

start gathering the following:

From your Fiance:

I-134 Affidavit of Support

Form 1040 (latest)

W-2

Pay Stubs

Letter of Employment

Bank Statements

(other evidences as declared in the affidavit of support)

Your Documents:

NSO Birth Certificate (if it is blurry provide Local Birth Cert as a supplement)

Police Clearance (Other prescreener or consul will ask this so better prepare)

CENOMAR

DS Forms (Form 156 - 2copies, Form 157-2 copies, Form 156k - 1 copy)

Visa payment at BDO $131 (bring ds 157 for the stamp)

2x2 pictures (at least bring 4pcs... in case of lost so at least there are reserved copies)

Evidence of Relationship/Engagement

========

pay medical in pesos at st.lukes cashier they will give u instructions

bring your appointment letter with case number/nvc letter/noa2 (have these photocopied)

bring passport

2x2 pictures (bring at least 4 in case of lost)

-go at st.lukes before or after period or else u will be advised to come back

-bring something to eat (because it will gonna be a long day)

note :remember you have to know ur petitioner's address and mobile number too coz u will fill up a form with these questions

u can now call USEM for an interview date

bring the necessary documents as mentioned on my first replies

do not bring any liquids in your bag (embassy wont let u in)

no cellphones or any electronic devices

pay air21 after the interview

bring jacket or coat (embassy is so cold)

Halu Madz!! congrats recieved muna yong NOA2 mo.at advance happy birthday sayo para bukas...Madz,sabi nila pwede na daw yong NOA1 at NOa2 para mgpamedical ka peru based on my experieced dapat my letter ka na may case number from NVC.yon kasi hinahanap ng guard sa akin.You can pay visa application fee at BDO,yong nbayaran ko is 6,288pesos..pay la lang air21 pag approved na visa ka na i think don yan sa loob ng usem...

Hi MikeeeLUCYYYYY hhehehe! thanks for your tips..but i am wondering about the email confirmation? will i email NVC? I sent them an email and all i got is the automated response and they are asking about the nvc number etc (i sent them our noa1 case number and our names place of birth bdays etc)... i'm asking for mnl number... they are asking for the nvc case number...whats the difference? i thought nvc case number starts with the mnl ---

HI Madz,

The sequence that you stated are right. Just follow those steps and you are in the right path.

Yung confirmation that you need to bring at SLEC is the confirmation letter that you'll get from USEM that says that you are legible to get interview sched and NOT the letter from NVC. Yung letter from NVC eh it states lang naman dun na they got your papers na from USCIS and they already moved your papers to USEM. Some people receives confirmation letter from USEM and some don't, incase you don't get one , then you can use your NOA2 to get in at SLEC.

About payment naman sa medical is sa loob ka ng SLEC magbabayad on your medical day.

About payment naman sa AIR21 is sa loob ka ng USEM magbabayad nun after ng interview mo at naapprove ka ( which i know you will )

Gather mo na yung mga papers mo. Kailangan yung BC and CENOMAR is from NSO. I saw in your list na wala kang naisulat na Tax returns ni Jeff at W2. Kailangan mo din yun.
