04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

Thanks for sharing!!! I really needed to hear this today, I have felt very sad and down. I have been very happy for everyone at Vermot, but sad for myself. I also feel very sad for Calidreamer, her stiuation seems so unfair. Once again thanks for sharing!!!

04-21-2006: send our I-129F application

05-01-2006: NOA1 Notice date

10-30-2006: touched( got 5 emails about RFE)

11-02-2006: received RFE in the mail

11-07-2006: sent the RFE back

11-15-2006: CSC got our RFE

12-05-2006: touched!!

12-06-2006: touched, also 5 emails, we approved on 5th, Dec.

12-09-2006: NOA2 received in mail

12-26-2006: NVC send to China

Hey peeps.

Heard from my senator's office today.

She spoke to Cali & they said CSC should mail all RFEs out by Friday this week! YAY! :dance:

Great work there Devilette. That is brilliant news.

Not to be a cynic, but has everyone in CSC been touched recently? That would be significant evidence that all RFE's are being released on Friday. Anyone?

Why can't I edit my post?

To all those at CSC who told me NOT to use my connections....you should be glad I did! At least I got info for you!

You cannot edit posts after a small amount of time. Its to keep people from changing what they have said after people have already responded.

Anyway, I am glad to hear the news and I hope all the people stuck in CSC will move soon.

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

can i just say... ACCCCKKKKKKKKKKK... in a good way... but i havent been touched yet... i know alot of the transferees have been touched though. maybe it's a mass email thing that the will be sending out?

That's very good news for everyone in the imbra roadblock. i still dont know what is going to happen to my case since i was pre IMBRA.

Lifting of Conditions

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)
