just called the 1-800 number (over processing times) to get a expedite request done.. she and I started arguing, and I said just give me an officer.. she said, we don't have officers in this office.. well, I just spoke with one available last week.. man...well, anyway I got an expedite request done and she said they will contact me within 5 days regarding that.. I said it was "USCIS ERROR - after 11 months and still no decision".. :angry: :angry: we will see in 5 days, or I can just call this afternoon and create another request.. or I can just call the director himself (since their website says : "are granted at the discretion of the Director")...

haha, I'm not waiting 5 days.. I'll the Director myself next Monday.. :thumbs: the CSC person thinks I'm just some lazy person like them sitting around?? I will get the decision from someone higher-up.. Today's person wouldn't let me even speak with an officer.. :wacko:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I faxed some more people with my "visa complaint" .. I upped it from 1 page to 3 pages (with all the latest updates, my local office interview, and how they lied about my approval)..

Also forgot to tell you guys.. received a letter in the mail from the FBI.. THERE IS NO SECURITY CHECK ON MY CASE.. THEY SAID THE LETTER WAS FORWARDED TO THEM FROM PRESIDENT BUSH.. THEN TO THE DEPT OF JUSTICE.. THEN TO THE FBI.. ORIGINALLY SENT IT IN JANUARY 2008.. The letter is dated March 7, 2008.. That was ok because it got transferred between two departments.. They said the USCIS had never sent a request to do name checks / security checks on my case.. from their Director Chief (Michael something) Records Management Division...

I don't know.. so last week (Thursday), I called in the 1-800 and requested an "expedite request" citing USCIS Error.. been 11 months and still no decision.. they told me to wait 5 days for that decision (whether it can be expedited or not).. I also faxed letters to president and others today (with the 3 page letter) stating that "I WANT MY WIFE NOW".. and that I would be sending this to all the senators and congressmen, and whoever, if they don't do anything.. also, if they are not afraid , then so be it... but I think others (president?) won't be as happy with their progress.. I wrote that and other stuff too in my updated letter..

i'm sure you might have already done this, but update the VP's officesince they helped you with the LA field office interview. explore DCF in the interim. either ways the economy is tanking so might help to be away in a stable place.

that's true.. probably going back to China would be better.. might even find a better job there too.. haha, Mr. and Mrs. gogo.. that's a first one for me :blush: .. it does feel good to get married.. but the wait for that is terrible.. I'm going to see what's up with that expedite request (last Thursday), so I'll give them the 5 days that they wanted.. then make another request.. keep making requests until the director sees it.. He is "retiring" (so they say), but probably actually being fired.. but his last day would be April 18.. so I have until then to keep pestering him.. :devil: Her visa is NOT something I can just throw away (like if you buy a pair of socks and you don't like it).. It will affect us a lot, so that's why I am going to continue to fight like what I am doing now..

Here is a little excerpt from my letter placed at the very end of the 3-page letter that I am sending to all..

TO USCIS:

GIVE ME MY WIFE NOW!! I HAVE WAITED 1 YEAR JUST TO GET A DECISION ON MY CASE... HOW SLOW CAN YOU GO? I WANT AN APPROVAL AS WELL AS A VISA NOW.. IF NOT, I WILL BE SENDING THIS LETTER TO ALL SENATORS, CONGRESSMEN, ATTORNEY GENERALS, OMBUDSMAN (CONTACTED THEM TOO), VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY, PRESIDENT BUSH, DEPT OF JUSTICE, AND EVERYONE ELSE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT MY CASE. IF YOU ARE NOT AFRAID, THEN SO BE IT.. BUT I BET THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU WON'T BE.. I WILL BE FAXING EVERYDAY AND PEOPLE WILL GET ANNOYED BY YOU.. Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)
5/2/2008 - (lawsuit) Writ of Mandamus - OFFICIAL DATE (7/29/2008)
9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

NVC STAGE 2 : 99 days - 3 months (9/30/2008 to 1/7/2009)
NVC Received : 9/30/2008
Received Packet 3 (I-864/DS-230) : 11/10/2008
NVC says "RFE sent out 12/9/08 for missing documents" : 12/10/2008

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013
