Just curious is the folks processing our paperwork are familiar with this site and whether that is seen as a plus. Although I would probably be disappointed to discover we are less than a blip on the radar.

I am sure they have a way to eveluate their performance.

I have a hunch that USCIS, like any government agency hoping to keep Congress from jumping on it, has a small staff devoted to seeing what folks are saying in various blogs and websites. That is how our bureaucracy keeps one ear to the ground...hoping to detect a herd of elephants coming at it before it's too late to put up defenses.

I wish USCIC would do so they would know how frustrating the process is and may hire a few more people to clear the back log that's been there forever...

Not to defend the backlog, but my impression is that USCIS has all the employees that have been authorized by the Department of Homeland Security. DHS needs to take a careful look at staffing.

There was a guy on here that claimed he worked for USCIS. In fact that was his ID. Sounded like he was for real but didn't hang around long.

yup, take a look here at USCIS CRS. That's him

I just work Tier? looks like a troll to me? Do you really think they be on here to assist?

I just work Tier I (civilian) customer service for USCIS and have been in many types of scenarios over the years. I am filled with Immigration knowledge.

I believe I can help make everyones process simpler by helping out, even if its something small like a forum

So, thats me. If you need help I may be able to assist feel free to PM me if I haven't seen your post yet.

In any case, I may be around from time to time. I understand the frustration that you guys go through over something that should be so much simpler.
