Do you know how long it will take to have the passport ? And what address should I use for questions 13 and 14 in the Application for a US passport(I don't know if I should use my address in the US or the address in Vietnam so they can mail the passport to.) ? . We plan to bring our daughter back to the US on June 26th , 2008 .

Not long at all to get child's passport, it is the US Consulate or Embassy in foreign country that issues it.
