can someone please explain why the directions say i need to fill out 4 pages of the g 325a when there are really only 2 pages, but the examples have 4 copies of the exact same page.

do i need to send in 4 copies of the first page with my I-129f package?

New form - only has one page.

Instructions not updated.

Calls to USCIS says 1 page is needed.

Other calls say make a copy (which doesn't make sense, since the former form automatically filled out the 4 pages)

your choice.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

At the moment it isn't 100% clear - USCIS changed to a new version of the G-325A form. It appears only a single page is required altough there are conflicting answers - If it were me, I'd assume only a single page is required.

There seems to be some confusion with the new form and/or instructions and I understand the online fill in has some glitches. I just did a G-325a for our son's AOS 2 weeks ago. I do not deal well with government SNAFUs so I printed FOUR pages and had him sign them all. They can throw out what they will, I do not care and do not care to deal with it. Also the old form is available and still accepted. Take your choice.

You won't believe this (or maybe you would)... called USCIS again today (bored I guess) - response was "Single page" and "I guess someone needs to update the web site"...

(Emailed the so-called Webmaster and CC'd the Ombudsman...)

You are probably right. I sent four pages. I am sure I will NOT get an RFE for sending more copies. I always assume the worst and hope for the best.

Only glitch I have found is that the "date" in the signature section is "clipped" on the last two digits. (I can't duplicate the error that others report on the date fields in the employment/address section).

I shot USCIS an email to point this out - and get some more insight on the conflicting answers on how many copies to send.

(I will be sending one - to see what happens)

Meh - helping on this site hones my google skill, search skills, and makes me remember my time in the US Navy (government paperwork)...

(I sent emails to them too - so far - got an Out of Office AutoReply: New G-325 form reply - guess they went on vacation)
